Emma Jubb - Director

Emma Jubb, originally from England, began singing at the age of 4 and joined the Northern Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) at 11. She trained in LAMDA Drama, ISTD and RAD Ballet, as well as ISTD Tap and Modern, and went on to teach ATOD for 10 years. A qualified CSTD teacher, Emma also holds a National Diploma in Performing Arts and an A Level in Dance. Recently, she expanded her skills by gaining qualifications in Acrobatic Arts (Aerial and Back Handspring) and completing Certificates IV in Training and Assessment (2023) and Dance Teaching and Management (2024).

 

Emma moved to Australia in 2004, where she worked as a performer at Movie World and a Latin-style dancer and choreographer at high-profile events. She ran her own community hall studio for two years and taught at a local dance studio for a decade.

 

In 2022, Emma opened A.D.I Dance Studios, which has grown into a highly successful and respected studio over the past two years. She offers a wide range of genres and a part-time dance program that includes certifications in dance and collaborations with industry professionals. Emma is also an accomplished choreographer, with many of her students winning awards at local competitions and preparing for national events in 2025.

 

Emma is dedicated to inspiring her students and fostering a positive, supportive environment where they can thrive in dance and the performing arts. She feels honored to play a role in their growth and development, sharing her passion and values with them.

Bree Walker

Bree was born & raised on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland where she began dancing at the age of 5. She attended the prestigious full time college ED5 International Performing Arts in Sydney, where she earned a second year scholarship and went on to successfully graduate with Diploma of Performing Arts in 2013. By the end of 2013 at aged 18, Bree landed her first professional dance contract with Princess Cruises where she has professionally & creatively been working with the company for 10 years. 

 

Bree has travelled the world performing in shows by world renowned choreographers such as Liz Imperio, Karen Bruce, Danny Teeson & countless others. Bree has choreographed, featured and modeled onset for Italian pop artists and respectively assisted choreographers on set for music videos in LA and in LA based studios. In between contracts, Bree continues her dance training and creative development in Sydney & the US to keep progressing and evolving within the industry - training under the best of the best.

 

 She has taught & managed professional casts onboard contracts and has just finished up her latest contract being apart of the inaugural cast creating three brand new stage shows for Princess Cruises Entertainment. Working alongside some of the biggest names in the industry, Bree has learnt the ropes for creative direction, staging, assisting and choreography and endeavors to create a long lasting career producing stage shows seen by audiences all around the world.

Charlee Coffey

Charlee is a dedicated and versatile dancer with a rich background in dance training. She began her journey at Amy Becarri Dance Studios on the Sunshine Coast, where she developed a strong foundation in technique and performance. In 2022 and 2023, Charlee earned a scholarship for the Part-Time Dance Academy at Peregian Beach College, receiving elite training through Dance Lab under Director Michelle Bucci, all while completing her secondary school studies.

 

Her passion for teaching emerged at the age of 15, and over the next two years, she guided students aged 3 to 16 in jazz, lyrical, contemporary, acrobatics, and hip hop, including private lessons and soloists who achieved remarkable progress and personal growth under her mentorship. In 2024, Charlee advanced her own training by relocating to the Gold Coast to train full-time with Dance Force, further fuelling her dream of becoming a renowned choreographer.

 

Her dedication, passion, and genuine care for her students shine through every class she teaches. A sought-after teacher across Southern Queensland, Charlee regularly instructs in studios from Noosa to Byron Bay, leaving a lasting impact on the dancers she mentors.

Miss Zoe

Zoe Mildwaters

Zoe’s journey through dance started at 4 years old and very rapidly grew into the love she shares with it today. She has trained in styles ranging in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, acrobatics, cabaret, hiphop, musical theatre, lyrical and more! Zoe has completed numerous examinations and is now a qualified instructor in both classical ballet and tap, studying in EDTA classical ballet and GlennWood Tap. 

Straight out of high school after successfully graduating year 12, Zoe began her studies at Queensland University of Technology undertaking a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Dance) and is excited to graduate the course this year! Zoe is also fresh out of graduating her first year of full time dance elite performance with Queensland College of Dance, dancing in the commercial stream cohort. Learning from industry professionals for several years throughout these courses has expanded the knowledge and passion Zoe has for teaching and she is so excited to pass her experiences and all of her learnings onto our students.

Carlton Cruickshank

Carlton’s dance journey began with a deep love for music, which naturally evolved into a passion for movement. Hip hop and freestyle became the foundation of his artistic voice, shaping both his movement quality and choreographic style. Dance quickly became his most authentic form of self-expression, allowing him to connect, create, and communicate through movement.
 

As a performer, Carlton has appeared at major events including Red Bull Dance Your Style and has worked professionally at venues such as The Star Casino. His performance experience continues to influence his teaching, bringing real-world industry insight into the studio.
 

Alongside performing, Carlton is a passionate hip hop educator and creative. He is part of the team at Dynamite Studios, where he teaches hip hop and contributes to creative projects, including videography and concept content that bring movement and storytelling together. His approach to teaching focuses on building confidence, musicality, freestyle foundations and individuality in every dancer.
 

Carlton takes pride in pursuing his passion wholeheartedly and enriching others through his work. Whether teaching, performing, or creating visual content, he is committed to inspiring dancers to move with confidence, authenticity and purpose, embracing every step of the journey.

Charlie Stevens

Charlie has been training in all things Circus and Aerials for nearly eleven years. 

Her first love was Aerials, both Lyra and Silks. She has also learnt to love training in Trapeze, Cube, Rope and Slings. Training to perform in the Air involves skills in Dance, Acro, Tumble, and a focus on Flexibility and Strength Training. 

 

She has performed as an Aerialist at the Brisbane Convention Centre for Creative Generation and performed on Lyra at the Prestigious Australian Circus Festival. Along with this, she has won the Advanced Section for Lyra in the Brisbane Bend the Air event. Charlie has also trained with International Aerialists and performed at QPAC alongside the professional Circa troupe.

 

Charlie strives to provide a fun and vibrant environment whilst teaching the Aerial Arts. Her goal is to help her students get fit, strong and healthy while having fun swinging in the air.

Ben Sitarz

Ben brings over 20 years of teaching experience in secondary education, with a strong passion for musical theatre and developing students’ musicality, confidence, and performance skills. His teaching is grounded in a love for storytelling through music, helping performers connect singing, acting and movement in a meaningful and expressive way.

 

Ben holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Education from University of Queensland, with a background in Music and History. He also studied classical piano and music theory through Trinity College London, providing him with a strong technical foundation that underpins his work in musical theatre education.

 

Throughout his career, Ben has been heavily involved in school-based musical theatre and performance productions, working with students across all stages of the rehearsal and performance process. From developing vocal technique and musical understanding to building stage presence and confidence, he is passionate about nurturing well-rounded performers who understand both the technical and expressive elements of musical theatre.

 

Ben is particularly dedicated to helping young performers grow in confidence, musical awareness and storytelling ability, creating a supportive environment where students are encouraged to explore character, style, and expression. His goal is to inspire a genuine love of musical theatre while equipping students with the skills they need to shine both on and off the stage.

Eden Yelland

Eden is an accomplished dance teacher and former professional ballet dancer with over five years of teaching experience and fifteen years of dedicated training. She began dancing at the age of five in Wangaratta, Victoria, and quickly discovered a passion for ballet, committing herself to a professional pathway from an early age.

She undertook part-time and full-time training at Projection Dance School before relocating to the Gold Coast at sixteen to continue her development at Amanda Bollinger Dance Academy and Atelier Australia. At eighteen, she moved to Brussels, Belgium to join the Brussels International Ballet, touring and appearing in celebrated classical productions including Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, and Raymonda.

Her artistic achievements include finalist and award placements at the Australasian Ballet Challenge, BPAC Choreography, Brisbane International Contemporary Grand Prix, and YAGP. These accomplishments also led to scholarships and offers to prestigious institutions including, Rambert School (UK), WAAPA, Ballet Theatre Australia and MOSA Ballet School in Belgium.

As a teacher, Eden brings a supportive yet disciplined approach to every class, combining strong technical foundations with artistry. She is passionate about nurturing confident, versatile dancers and creating an environment where students feel inspired, challenged, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Olivia Mercien - Ferol

Olivia has been dancing from the age of 4 in a variety of genres including ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary and musical theatre. Olivia has taught Jazz and Hip Hop since she was 13 years old however, over the last 5 years Olivia directed her training fully towards HipHop.  She is specialised in a multitude of hip hop styles which also includes breaking, locking and popping. 

Olivia has attended and competed in Hip-Hop Internationals in Phoenix & Arizona, USA three times in 2018, 2019, 2022. 

 

Olivia loves teaching as it allows her to share all the knowledge she has gained throughout her experience. Dance also provides a safe space for young dancers to explore new styles, movement ranges and become comfortable and confident whilst dancing! 

 

Liv is currently overseas furthering her dance training. We cannot wait to have you home and in our studios, bringing your love and passion for the industry and in particular hiphop

Roxi Powell
 

Roxi Powell is a passionate and dedicated young dancer who has been dancing since the age of just two. She currently trains five days a week and is studying her Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management, showing a strong commitment to both her training and her future as a dance educator.

 

Roxi has a strong foundation across multiple genres, including jazz, lyrical, hip hop, ballet, contemporary, and acrobatics, allowing her to bring versatility and creativity into the studio. She has proudly danced with the Brisbane Broncos Dance Academy and was recognised as her school’s Dance Captain, highlighting her natural leadership skills.

 

For the past year, Roxi has been assisting with our Lil Groovers program, where she has developed a love for working with our youngest dancers. Her positive energy, patience, and enthusiasm make her a wonderful role model, and she is excited to continue growing as both a performer and teacher at ADI.

Lily Pearce

Lily is a passionate and versatile dancer who has been training since the age of three. With a strong foundation across multiple styles including lyrical, jazz, contemporary, ballet and hip hop, she has developed into both a confident performer and a dedicated dance educator. Lily trained six days a week at A.D.I Dance Studios, where she was part of the studio’s dance extension program and worked closely with leading industry professionals.

Lily has completed both her CUA30320 Certificate III in Assistant Dance Teaching and her Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management, demonstrating her strong commitment to education, leadership and professional development within the dance industry. She is now continuing her training as a full-time dance student at Dynamite Studios, further refining her performance and technical skills.

Dance has played a significant role in shaping who Lily is and she is passionate about passing that love on to the next generation of dancers. Whether performing or teaching, Lily finds joy in helping students build confidence, discover their potential and grow both on and off the dance floor. As she continues to train, create, and evolve as an artist, Lily is excited to see where her journey in the dance industry will take her next.

Eva Jubb

Eva began dancing at the age of two, training across a wide range of styles including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, acrobatics and contortion. She completed her Certificate II in Dance in 2023, her Certificate III in Assistant Dance Teaching in 2024, and is currently completing her Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management.

​

Eva trains five days a week at A.D.I Dance Studios, where she is part of the studio’s dance extension program and works closely with leading industry professionals. She has also assisted Lucy Ellis at IDT workshops in both Sydney and Brisbane, gaining valuable teaching experience and was a member of Lucy’s senior Imperials Training Team. In July 2025, Eva was selected to be part of Dream Creative, further expanding her performance experience and creative development.

​

In 2023, Eva began choreographing solos and expanded into troupe choreography in 2024, working one-on-one with students who have achieved strong competition results. She has also taught workshops internationally in the UK, continuing to grow her skills while sharing her passion for dance on a global stage.

​

Eva’s love for dance extends beyond performing and choreographing, she is deeply dedicated to mentoring the next generation of dancers. With a strong technical foundation, creative vision and commitment to excellence, she strives to inspire others through her teaching and artistry. As she continues to train, compete, and choreograph, Eva is excited to see where her journey in the dance industry will take her next.
